"THE FIRST TIME I WENT UP TO THE SITE WITH THE CLIENTS, it was clear from looking at the developer’s plans for the subdivision that the new house would eventually get hemmed in by the new houses going up around it" says architect Uche Isichei of the striking new house he designed for the Lemmon family in Seatoun. "So I had to design the house in ways that would give it the best chance of retaining sea views and a sense of space when it was surrounded by other houses."
